[New] Earth’s First Comicbook Heroes – Spacehawk

Basil Wolverton’s Spacehawk was the comic that got me in to Golden Age comics. He’s a square jawed, no-nonsense, punch first and ask questions never kind of guy, who often finds himself in Beautiful alien landscapes, fighting absolutely grotesque alien life forms.

Wolverton later worked for Mad Magazine, where he became famous for his very detailed, bizarre caricatures. You can see shades of that in his artwork on Space Patrol. The figure is on a mego style body with custom accessories and clothes. It comes on a card back in a resealable clamshell.

He does not include any other figures, but I have posted a few action shots of Space Hawk with some grotesque aliens for reference.

We have Spacehawk Comics available for sale as well.
