If you order something from us, and it does not arrive, is damaged in the mail, or somehow fails to live up to the described condition, we will work with you for a refund or exchange.
Our t-shirts and other printable goods are made to order, unless there is a problem with the item’s production, these are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
